Amado Territory Ranch offers 17
beautiful riparian desert acres to explore. Here one can catch a breath
of fresh air and completely relax and rejuvenate in the surrounds
of blossoming flowers, chirping birds, fluttering butterflies and
magnificent scenery. Relax in the swing or rocking chair on the Inn's
front porch and amaze at the big blue skies that offer vibrant sunsets
that stretch forever, and some of the best stargazing you'll ever
experience.
 Wander through
the William H. Kendall Cactus Garden (photo above), which features a
lovely variety of cactus and desert plants native to the area, and
magnificent views of the Santa Rita Mountains including Elephant Head.
Just past the Cactus Gardens and across from our Straw Bale House is our
lively duck pond, where our ducks are sure to amuse.There are plenty of good spots on the Ranch where one can sit and relax or meditate, and our Labyrinths offer a great opportunity to unwind and reflect. From the Inn's lovely Atrium Room where High Teas are held, to our Events Lawn where good old-fashioned lawn parties are held complete with croquet and bocci ball; the Ranch offers a variety of unique locations to hold a special event or memorable wedding. Our Madaras Cultural Center is perfect for business and special interest meetings, and the Oasis - our outdoor events venue, is an unique venue for parties of up to 100. There's always something fun to do at the Ranch. Visit the numerous Art Galleries and working Artist Studios, savor fine dining at one of the on-site restaurants, take some horse-riding lessons, learn how to cook healthy food for your pet, or browse the book store or the Inn's gift shop. Don't forget we have all kinds of events happening too - from Dinner Theatre to cooking classes, designer clothing trunk shows to holistic health fairs, car shows and more!
