Kristofer's Catering Company & Bistro

  Chef Charles Deeby hails from the farmlands of Michigan. He has traveled to numerous countries to gain experience in cultures and cuisine.
  He is a Certified Chef and before opening Kristofer's Catering Company & Bistro, he was the Chef at a 4-Star, 4-Diamond hotel in San Francisco that served neighboring residents, Presidents, actors, and pro athletes.
  Now Charles owns and manages Kristofer's Catering Company & Bistro and the Thomas Blue Room Gallery, as well as a large catering company where he caters anything from small gatherings to weddings, anniversaries, corporate luncheons on or off site. He also teaches culinary classes.
  Kristofer's Catering Company & Bistro is open from 9 am to 8 pm, Monday through Saturday, serving gourmet and International Cuisine in a very romantic and elegant setting. Kristofer's Catering Company & Bistro is the first restaurant as you enter the gateway to Santa Cruz county. (I-19 to exit 48-Arivaca/Amado) turn east and travel straight for 300 yard.
